The other component is a science backed program that will serve to accelerate your results and get you there safely. In this age of technology, it can be tough to navigate the vast amount of information out there to decide what is relevant, and what is noise. We have worked to deliver a service based on science backed methodologies, and tailored to your needs. If a membership is not right for you at the moment, we hope you utilize the fitness videos and articles.

How to Sign Up
1. Click "Contact Us" to submit an inquiry, we will get back to you with a Liability Waiver, and Medical Questionnaire to sign
2. Send the Signed Documents and your Weekly Availability for a 30-Minute Consultation to cepfitnessprogramming.contact@gmail.com
3. We will reply with a time for your 30 minute Initial Consultation to match you with a Program and Recommended Plan
4. Following the 30-Minute Consultation, you will Subscribe to your Plan of Choice under "Plans and Pricing"
5. Once Subscribed, we will send you a Join Code to TeamBuildr, and upload your Custom Fitness Program
